1. Service Overview
We provide access to Spotify Premium features through shared family subscriptions. This service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We do not own, operate, or represent Spotify. We act solely as a third-party provider facilitating access.
2. Acceptance of Terms

- You accept all risks associated with the service
- You agree to all clauses, conditions, and limitations listed herein
Continued use of the service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.
3. Account Access & Credentials
To use our service, you may be required to provide your Spotify account credentials. By submitting your credentials, you voluntarily grant access and waive any claims related to unauthorized access or misuse. We are not responsible for account theft, security breaches, unauthorized changes, or loss of access. Users are strongly advised to use a newly created account.
4. Family Plan — No-Leaving Rule
- Leaving the family plan voluntarily at any time immediately voids all guarantees, warranties, or replacement options
- Users who leave voluntarily lose Premium access — no refunds or extensions will be provided
- Attempting to rejoin mid-plan via new accounts is a violation and may result in permanent suspension
- Service warranty is strictly contingent on remaining in the family plan for the full duration
- Rejoining after leaving requires a new account and new subscription payment
- This applies to all plan durations (1 Month / 3 Months / 6 Months) without exception
5. Subscription Terms
Each purchase provides access to Spotify Premium features for the purchased duration. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be affected by Spotify system changes, account limitations, or external factors beyond our control.
6. Family Plan Limitations
Spotify enforces that an account may only join a family plan once every 12 months. If your account is ineligible, service cannot be delivered. No refunds will be issued for ineligible, previously used, or Spotify-restricted accounts.
7. Renewal Policy
- After your subscription expires, you have a 48-hour grace period to renew
- After this period, your slot may be reassigned to another user
- We are not responsible for loss of access after expiration
8. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information
- Do not change account credentials during active service
- Do not leave the family plan manually
- Do not attempt to exploit or abuse the system
Failure to comply may result in termination without compensation.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent payments or chargebacks
- Abuse of service or system exploitation
- Harassment or threats toward staff
- Reselling access without permission
Violations will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.
10. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once service is delivered. Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for account bans, service interruptions, data loss, financial losses, or any indirect or consequential damages. Use this service at your own risk.
12. Acknowledgment of Risk
By using this service, you acknowledge that it may violate Spotify's terms, your account may be restricted or banned, and you accept all associated risks.
13. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify pricing, change service structure, or discontinue service at any time without notice.
14. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BudgetSubs.
