User Agreement — BudgetSubs

By creating an account or purchasing a product from BudgetSubs, you agree to this User Agreement and the Terms of Service.
1. Service
BudgetSubs provides digital subscription products and related services. Product descriptions, duration, delivery method, availability, and price are shown before payment.
2. Orders and payment
You authorize the selected payment provider to process the displayed order total. Any applicable processing fee or optional donation is shown separately before you confirm payment.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, protect your account credentials, and must not abuse, resell, reverse engineer, or fraudulently use the service.
4. Digital delivery
Delivery timing depends on the product and availability displayed at checkout. Some products may require customer information to complete fulfillment.
5. Refunds and support
Refunds are handled according to the published refund policy and the circumstances of the order. Contact support if a purchased product does not work as described.
6. Changes
We may update this agreement when the service, payment methods, or applicable legal requirements change.
